Positive Reviews From Compugen Employees

  • What makes you most happy at work?
Doing a good job, making my customers happy and going home at the end of my shift.
  • What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm a contractor to another company so I would say that company has a good environment and culture. I don't mix much with the company I work for but I can say that HR does their level best to make sure everything is difficult and stupidly woke.
  • What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone knows their job and goes above and beyond. Something the upper management really doesn't deserve.

Constructive Feedback From Compugen Employees

  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Start by offering bonuses and or RRSP matching. Benefits are probably on par with other MSP's. Nothing about Compugen stands out from working for other MSP's in the past.
  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating people with respect and dignity
