I like working here and enjoy doing my job but management need to do better in terms of appreciating the employees specially when we work year round 7 days a week. They are abusive of power and lead by fear.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
HR seems to prioritize getting employees in trouble rather than helping find solutions to employees concerns. In regards to compensation i feel the pay is good specially because we work a lot of overtime but it doesnt match life expenses.
