Hostile environment. Plant and HR managers give great preference to white caucasian people. They don't care about most of their employees and they can let them go anytime. I've seen a great employee who worked for 18 years for them, and he got fired and not for a good apparent reason.

Being flexible with the team and putting the efforts to retain their employees

Hold people accountable, because non motivated people affect the performance of good employees

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
No one is usually held accountable, so action items are usually not completed in a timely manner. If your work rely on someone else completing an action item and that person is not motivated to get his items done, you will have to do his work and your work.
