To have fair competive wages for my staff and myself.

We do our managers' work, are treated terribly, lied to, forced to work while being covid positive, and underpaid compared to all other facilities.

During the pandemic while most were safe and working from the comfort and safety of their homes we were here Exposed to every level of danger. They thanked us with a plastic cup

Pay is fair and good. But we only accrue very very very little PTO days. Then on top of that conifer offers no sick days. This is healthcare how can you do this to your employees? Healthcare and you offer no sick days.
