We do our managers' work, are treated terribly, lied to, forced to work while being covid positive, and underpaid compared to all other facilities.

Pay is fair and good. But we only accrue very very very little PTO days. Then on top of that conifer offers no sick days. This is healthcare how can you do this to your employees? Healthcare and you offer no sick days.
