Management needs to be replaced and more HR. They need to learn how to actually follow the code of conduct and policies put in place

The company should care more about their employees there should be more help for employees in the human resource department . Employes should definitely get paid more.
There needs to be more administrative presence

Management should be focusing more on quality of work rather than quantity. Also, the metrics by which our are reviewed are ridiculous and nitpicking. We also are not given very good instruction.
