My coworkers, my patients, really this is a great place to work. Our patients might not like the billing aspect of our company, but when it comes to registration, they are usually positive and genial.

Management needs to be replaced and more HR. They need to learn how to actually follow the code of conduct and policies put in place

Unorganized. Fires all day and no standard process or documentation

High turnover provide proper training very inconsistent

The company should care more about their employees there should be more help for employees in the human resource department . Employes should definitely get paid more.

There needs to be more administrative presence

Always short staffed. Treat your employees right

It's all bad. I answered that the company will be fine because the company will make sure that it is fine. It's the staff who won't be ok

Give your employees more PTO and sick time.

Management should be focusing more on quality of work rather than quantity. Also, the metrics by which our are reviewed are ridiculous and nitpicking. We also are not given very good instruction.

Again, management needs to quit hiring 20 year olds to have a flirt buddy. Fire management

Upper leadership to support local leaders. Pay increase.
