Leadership is unaware of your hardwork, unaware of how coworkers treat each other, and worst of all, you could work hard for months without any positive feedback only to be judge by negative gossip by miserable coworkers that can't handle stress.

Management needs to work on team building, show each one that their voice matters and encourage us to help one another.
We don't have meetings ever. We don't have any team work and no training. Everyone does everything different and you will be blamed if you do something wrong, even if you tried your best without proper training.
Hardly have any meeting unless you are not performing because the company doesnt try to help give you knowledge. Its hard to get any kind of help from management or HR.

There needs to be supportive leadership and the negative complaints about coworkers needs to be stopped. It is absolutely insanity.
Less racisim, microagressions and training or at least traing documentation
Ethics, training,no bulliying or micro managing
It would be nice if negative behaviors were addressed. I would be surprised if anyone was held accountable.

Management needs to be replaced and more HR. They need to learn how to actually follow the code of conduct and policies put in place

The company should care more about their employees there should be more help for employees in the human resource department . Employes should definitely get paid more.
