What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair pay, plus extras like incentive trips not just for sales, but all departments. All in all, Unlimited PTO is my favorite part of the comp package because of the flexibility it allows.

Every thing that we are given. In the previous section, I only had yes/no options, but I wish that ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE was an option. Outside of competitive pay, excellent health insurance, and generous stock distributions, I see the daily lunches, company outings, and trips as compensation
The health / dental and vision plans are fantastic.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Over worked, Voice not heard, Opinions don't matter, Changes are implemented without thoughts / repercussions of what they will do to team members
Salaries are just not cw strong hold
i am undervalued. if i was compensated at a higher rate that commensurates with my skills, i would be happy.
The company only promotes those in the "in crowd" and that includes salary and compensation packages.
