Over worked, Voice not heard, Opinions don't matter, Changes are implemented without thoughts / repercussions of what they will do to team members
Salaries are just not cw strong hold
i am undervalued. if i was compensated at a higher rate that commensurates with my skills, i would be happy.
The company only promotes those in the "in crowd" and that includes salary and compensation packages.

Absolutely toxic work environment. Dysfunctional and everyone works in "silos" with little to no direction as a whole company.
