What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair pay, plus extras like incentive trips not just for sales, but all departments. All in all, Unlimited PTO is my favorite part of the comp package because of the flexibility it allows.

Every thing that we are given. In the previous section, I only had yes/no options, but I wish that ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE was an option. Outside of competitive pay, excellent health insurance, and generous stock distributions, I see the daily lunches, company outings, and trips as compensation

My team is unmatched. We support eachother and have fun while doing it.
There's trust. Focus on work, not politics.

Everyone understands the mission but beyond supports one another to achieve the goal and task at hand
We have a very energetic, innovative, and entrepreneurial group of colleagues - people who genuinely care about each other.

being able to work remotely. when in office, can dress casually. food/beverages are available to us at no cost. work environment is clean and very safe.

It was very comprehensive. Time is taken to make sure we are hiring the right person. It might take longer, but it cuts down on turnover.
