Mr. Andrew D. Lundquist has been Senior Vice President of Government Affairs at ConocoPhillips Co., Inc. and ConocoPhillips since 2013. Mr. Lundquist serves as Advisor of Verdeo Group, Inc. Mr. Lundquist founded Lundquist, Nethercutt & Griles LLC in 2002 and is its Managing Partner. Mr. Lundquist served as Vice President of Government Affairs at ConocoPhillips since February 2013. Mr. Lundquist served as Managing Partner of BlueWater Strategies LLC since 2002. He served as the President of the Lundquist Group LLC. During 2001, he served as a Senior Advisor to the President and Vice President on energy issues. Mr. Lundquist served as the President of Energy Division at United Energy Corp., until December 31, 2002. From January 1996 to February 1998, he served as the Chief of Staff for United States Senator Frank Murkowski and Counsel for the Senate Energy Committee from 1995 to 1996. From February 2001 to May 2002, he served as Director of the White House National Energy Policy Development Group, which directed the cabinet-le vel task force created by the President and headed by the Vice President that produced the President's national energy policy. Prior to working at the White House, Mr. Lundquist spent 14 years on Capitol Hill. Mr. Lundquist serves as a Director of the American division of AREVA, a French nuclear company He served as a Director of Evergreen Resources Inc. since November 2002 and Pioneer Natural Resources Company from September 2004 to February 2013. He served as Director of Lundquist Group LLC, The. Mr. Lundquist served as a Director of Coeur Mining, Inc. from May 10, 2005 to February 1, 2013. He served as a Director of United Energy Corp. from May 2002 to December 31, 2002. He served as a Director of Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. from 1997 to April 2001. He served as a Member of the U.S. Secretary of Energy's Advisory Board. Mr. Lundquist also served as a Lead Staff Member for the 2000 Republican Platform Subcommittee on energy, Public Lands and the Environment. From February 1998 to February 2001, Mr. Lundquist served as Staff Director of the United States Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee. Mr. Lundquist received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Alaska and a J.D. from Catholic University Columbus School of Law.
