How's the vacation policy at ConocoPhillips?
you get credit for experience prior to working at COP. It is a very generous policy.
Good for today's petroleum environment
The vacation policy is standard and is based on years of service and relevant experience. You start at two weeks and then get another week every 5 years, with a maximum of 6 weeks. There are 10 company holidays and alternative work schedules (9/80s, 19/30s) in addition to the vacation policy.
