communication with employees, focus more on customer service and not personal phone calls or gossip on the clock. be respectful to all customers. make sure all chores are done before leaving for the day.be quick and efficient.

to be paid fairly. I am a contractor and don't have benefits

Some coworkers are lazy and misrepresent themselves and it is overlooked by leadership - frustrating to those of us who give 100%

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Autonomous work, but people are welcoming and collaborative when you need help. Not a micromanaged environment.
I work with the public so I'm always meeting new people
Safety is key and you will never be told a tool for safety is too expensive or unobtainable
My work group is generally positive as well as supportive. There is a fun spirit as well.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Communication, team work and honesty
Remove political stances from the leadership team.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
management and co workers need to spend less time on gossip and cell phones and actually be polite and respectful would be nice to see happen. stop playing favorites with employees and make everyone accountable for misconduct. be equal with all employees or get a new manager.
Nothing is wrong. Except health benefits would be nice.
Bring parts into stock so we don't have to wait
