David Chenier — President of United Kingdom at ConocoPhillips

Mr. David Chenier serves as President of United Kingdom of ConocoPhillips. Mr. Chenier served as the Head of UK and Africa at ConocoPhillips since May 2012 and served as its General Manager of Central North Sea Operations since 2009. He served as President of ConocoPhillips (U.K.) Limited until August 26, 2015. Joining the industry with the Standard Oil Company of Ohio in 1985 and then with ConocoPhillips from 1990, he started as a Petroleum Engineer and held a number of exploration, production operations, capital project and business development positions for activities in the United States, Europe, Middle East and Africa. Chartered engineer, Mr. Warwick joined the pre-merged ConocoPhillips group in 1988. He has been Joint Chairman of Oil and Gas UK in 2010. He serves as the Chairman of the International School of Aberdeen's Board of Trustees and is a Trustee of the St Andrew's Prize for the Environment. He served as a Director of The United Kingdom Offshore Oil & Gas Industry Association Lim until August 2015. Mr. Chenier did a Bachelor of Science degree in petroleum engineering at Louisiana State University and later a Masters of business administration degree at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
