
communication with employees, focus more on customer service and not personal phone calls or gossip on the clock. be respectful to all customers. make sure all chores are done before leaving for the day.be quick and efficient.
management and co workers need to spend less time on gossip and cell phones and actually be polite and respectful would be nice to see happen. stop playing favorites with employees and make everyone accountable for misconduct. be equal with all employees or get a new manager.
