Steven L. Childers — Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Consolidated Communications Holdings

Mr. Steven L. Childers has been Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary of Fairpoint Communications, Inc. Mr. Childers has been Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Assistant Secretary of Enventis Corporation since October 16, 2014. Mr. Childers serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Surewest Kansas, Inc. He has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Consolidated Communications Holdings, Inc. since April 2004 and since November 2016 respectively and serves as its Senior Vice President. He has been the Chief Financial Officer of Consolidated Communications, Inc., a subsidiary of Consolidated Communications Illinois Holdings Inc. since April 2004. He serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Consolidated Communications Services Company. From April 2003 to April 2004, he served as Vice President of Finance of CCI. From January 2003 to April 2003, he served as the Director of Corporate Development of CCI. From 1997 to 2002, he served in various capacities at McLeodUSA, including as Vice President of Customer Service and most recently, as a member of its Business Process Teams, leading an effort to implement new revenue assurance processes and controls. Mr. Childers joined the predecessor of CCI in 1986 and served in various capacities through its acquisition in 1997, including as President of its then existing Market Response division and in various finance and executive roles. He has been Director of Fairpoint Communications, Inc. since July 3, 2017. Mr. Childers serves as a Member of the board of directors of the Eastern Illinois University Foundation.
