What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everyone gets along and works together to achieve their mutual goals
I'm full-time remote, but I don't feel disconnected from the team. That really speaks well of the culture as a whole.
Small team, everyone knows each other, and everyone gets along really well.
There is a clear understanding that even though we all have different roles we are pursuing the same overall company goal so there is no shortage of help across departments to help each other get better.
