ConstructConnect takes company culture seriously, this is the least toxic place I have ever worked. My manager often talks to me about my development both personally and professionally. I truly feel like my managers and coworkers care about me. Knowing that, keeps me invested in my work day to day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think our leadership team does well to balance the business goals with the human experience of their employees. I also feel that our leadership is comprised of very competent, professional, and well-intentioned leaders in each of their specialties.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works hard and plays hard. We enjoy doing well and solving problems for our users as well as taking the time to enjoy working together. Being remote can be hard but my team finds a way to stay connected.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had multiple small interviews with people I would be working with daily. This allowed me to get a better sense if I wanted to work of this company, and I think it gave them better exposure to what it may be like to work with me.
