The listen to the feedback from their employees and strive to continually make the company a better place.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is so positive and uplifting of each other. Even though work is stressful, everyone is encouraging and helping each other succeed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that my work is being shown to anyone and everyone who wants to see it and that my work makes a difference.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are open to feedback, they listen, they share ideas, we generally all work very cohesively together and they are often the best cheerleaders of your work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I took a pay cut to come here. The pay cut was worth it because I see the long term vision here. But with that being said, I do feel that I am underpaid for my role, but I also know that there is work being done to rectify that.
