Health, Dental, and Vision - Constructor covers 99% of employee premium costs for the base plan offering and 50% health coverage for dependents. Constructor also offers a Health Savings Account (HSA) option and contributes to it. Stock Options - Stock options are granted to all employees regardless of position. We regularly review these and offer refresher stock options to team members who are eligible for a refresher. Time off and holidays - Constructor has 10 company holidays and unlimited PTO time and sick time. Team members are encouraged to take a minimum of four weeks of work off. Parental Leave - We offer 12 weeks of paid parental leave for team members who have been with the company for at least six months. Training and development - Employees are encouraged to seek training and development opportunities. Each employee has a stipend of $500 per year toward this.
