Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency and the fact that they actually care about the employees and the customers.
Transparent, collaborative, generous, caring. Management ensures the entire team are able to see all corners of the operation.
I feel like we have great direction from the sr leadership group which cascades down into all areas of the organization.
People across the org get a lot of face time with the leadership team.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base salary is great and location-independent. Solid equity package.
Competitive. It meets my requirements.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work long hours and on weekends often. I love the role, but higher pay would make me happier at work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very involved in what we do. It's not just about closing the next task but really about what's the best thing we can build.
Friendly, smart, helpful, polite, globally and culturally diverse.
Really great team and innovative environment. Employee retention is highest Ive seen and there is a thorough recruitment process to make sure every hire is the best fit for the team and company. It is a relatively small team so you can feel your impact and opportunities for growth.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even though we're fully remote we do all we can to make new people feel included from the start. Everyone is open to feedback and encouraged to provide it.
The culture is shockingly positive and helpful and patient and kind and supportive. Amazing.
Most people are nice and have a good vibe and there is a sense of fun among the staff

Everyone was fairly casual and I got to meet several team members during the process.

What makes you most happy at work?
Working on something that pays off. We are open to experimentation but generally the direction is very solid. Good work is well recognized.
