What makes you most happy at work?Working on something that pays off. We are open to experimentation but generally the direction is very solid. Good work is well recognized.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Even though we're fully remote we do all we can to make new people feel included from the start. Everyone is open to feedback and encouraged to provide it.
What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone is very involved in what we do. It's not just about closing the next task but really about what's the best thing we can build.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I work long hours and on weekends often. I love the role, but higher pay would make me happier at work.

We regularly review these and offer refresher stock options to team members who are eligible for a refresher. Time off and holidays - Constructor has 10 company holidays and unlimited PTO time and sick time. Team members are encouraged to take a minimum of four weeks of work off. Parental Leave - We offer 12 weeks of paid parental leave for team members who have been with the company for at least six months.
