Actually carrying through with the promises they set forward. There are always goals that are set for the workers that they hit, but then never rewarded.
Update and maintain equipment. Seems like there are more managers and engineers than employees. Reduce manager travel time to save money
Stop belittling your worker, get the message across in a positive way, treat everyone equal.
Learning the product and not relying on seasoned employees to manage the plant. Also engineering jobs should be left up to engineers not underpayed, plant level employees.
