Actually carrying through with the promises they set forward. There are always goals that are set for the workers that they hit, but then never rewarded.
Update and maintain equipment. Seems like there are more managers and engineers than employees. Reduce manager travel time to save money
Stop belittling your worker, get the message across in a positive way, treat everyone equal.
The healthcare plan is really bad for how much I pay for it
25 year mill operator and i am trained for every posistion at the facility. Benefits became too expensive and i had to drop my family coverage. Pay and benefits should be much better for well trained employees

Far too many responsibilities for no compensation. Contech loves to work with skeleton crews expecting employees to bounce around job to job even when untrained
Morale is extremely low due to low pay, high insurance costs, and daily chaos. Constantly have to review poor scheduling and waiting for material delivery
Be a team, make everyone feel they are worth making the company money.
Better pay and benifits, accurate schedules, material on hand on time, update and repair equipment and higher quality employees
