I wish I would have found Contentstack sooner. This is by far, the most rewarding place I've ever worked. I don't get the Sunday 'gloomies' knowing Monday is around the. corner. I enjoy my work, I feel valued. I didn't expect to ever find a company like this.

Everyone is working towards the same goal. Remembering this helps manage tensions when stress arises.

That everyone trusts each other to do their job. There is little micro-management.

The team gets along, there is very little politicking or separate agendas that typically cause discord. The team is genuine.

The tribe vibe is not just a name. It is a unique environment I don't think can be easily replicated, and that starts with leadership.

It is important to me that we are a minority led company. We have nice work perks not often seen elsewhere. Our CEO is as transparent as she can be while doing what is needed to move Contentstack ahead.
