This company has been a complete 180 degree change in the positive direction from my previous employers. We work hard and support each other, but we also know how to have fun. Leadership supports and encourages self-care and wellness and does NOT micro-manage!

I have the best leadership team ever! I have grown more in the last year or so than I have in my entire career, and that is huge for me. I am grateful for my leadership!

We have each others backs and are always there to lend a hand or provide support, even if it's outside our regular daily responsibilities. We have a close-knit group, and we do some really kick-ass work!

We have each others' backs, and are willing to step in and help, or support each other when needed, or asked. We never assume ill intent when issues arise, and we work to resolve them with care, and compassion.

They are continually trying to enhance the employee experience. I feel heard and like I have a seat at the table when it comes to decisions about benefits, perks, etc. I also feel like they value my input as an expert in my field.

The excitement level about what our company is doing and the overall difference in culture, inclusion, connectivity, and support I have felt and received is very palpable. I feel like I work with friends and not just co-workers. It's a really supportive, fun, and positive work environment.

The flexibility I have to own my day and control my schedule. If I need a break, my manager and team do not hesitate to make sure I'm ok and allow me the time I need to regroup and decompress. They value my well being and encourage self care.

Employees care about the work they do, and about cultivating our culture. We lift each other up and embody our company values daily. I am often amazed at the amount of positive feedback, support, and recognition our employees give so easily and consistently. Contentstack is a great place to work!

They work hard and know what they are doing, but they also know how to have fun and not take life too seriously. They don't allow their job titles to dictate how they interact with anyone on their staff. They seem to genuinely be interested and want to talk to anyone and everyone.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all genuinely want the best for each other and support each other. There is no negative feelings or intent that I can sense and everyone is really kind, open minded, and fun to interact with. It doesn't feel like just a work team, it really feels like we are part of a tribe.
