They actually care about the employees and doing the right thing. Not just making an extra buck.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The universal desire to maintain the culture. There is no acceptance of the idea that the company culture has to fade as we grow.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fully paid insurance and when I take PTO my boss will get on peoples case if they try to get me to work while I'm out
What makes you most happy at work?
There is a lot of stuff to do but managers are human and don't lose their minds if things slip or priorities have to be adjusted. They also will do everything they can to get you what you need to be successful
