I really enjoy working here. There are certain things that the Executive team needs to understand and get feedback from those on the front lines and implement those ideas. Other than that I am genuinely happy

The company has done a lot of things right. Always room for improvement. I think in general it's a great place to work, but our focus sometimes shifts.

Overall it is good. I think leadership sometimes has their head in the sand and needs to listen to field-level employees who have more insight into the day-to-day operations and interactions. Room for improvement but overall satisfied.

No politics to contribute new ideas. I can schedule time or message anyone to share thoughts or improvements and they are generally received well.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I wear a lot of hats and have foresight into how things pan out. I raise these flags early but leadership doesn't recognize the issues until it's too late when they could have just listened to people in the field.
