Interacting with prospects and knowing that I help bring business to the company.

Work from home stipend adds a nice little kick to the already decent salary/commission.

We all are able to chat and get a long with work and with general conversations.

Uncapped commission is very nice. Also the wifi/cell phone stipend is a very good cherry on top.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It truly does seem that everyone is sharing in the goal of making Contentstack relevant and as big as possible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how they seem to know everyone and genuinely care about everyone. Not one team is better than another. I also like the transparency they provide about operations and updates.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with people when I make cold calls and having pleasant conversations with everyone on my team and others I don't usually work with. The people who work for Contentstack are amazing
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Feel like I can reach out to anyone at any time and I won't be put on the back burner. Some times there's delay but I know I will get whatever question or concern I have resolved pretty quick.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Relatively transparent in terms of overall goals - however, mainly big picture kind of things. Definitely the nicest leadership I've experienced at any company I've worked for and genuinely care about everyone that is working at Contentstack, personally and professionally.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even though we work independently, we always collaborate and share our successes with everyone. Some people might be having a hard time and it gives a nice jolt to pick other up by sharing what is working and what isn't.
