I started out a little isolated but I really have found a good fit now job wise and I feel challenged in a good way. I take on more than I can accomplish but learning to set my expectation of myself and others better.

I am never bored or lacking for projects. Many challenging projects as well. My manager has created a career path which I haven't had in a long time, if ever.

Seeing someone use one of my projects. The opposite is painful when it gets looked at once and ignored after.

I've found a few people in each department that I have been able to secure a true bond not just around work but also mentoring and guidance.
