It's been a positive experience filled with opportunities for personal and professional growth. Change is constant, but I've been able to grow my career here, and I'm optimistic about my future. Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I am under-compensated with my extensive academic degrees and diverse professional experience and background. I would feel better about my compensation if it better reflected the salary range of the area I reside in.

If you look at the industry averages, there's no doubt that I'm on the lower end of the salary range for my role. If Contentstack were to compensate employees based on region and where the employee is based, that would be a step in the right direction.
