Frantic. Too much happening all at once to do any individual thing well. Tying major releases to ContentCon has made worklife feel like a constant fire drill. This is why I'd hesitate to recommend Contentstack as a place to work. Compensation is great aside from the $2500 employer match cap on 401k.
