Every company I have ever worked at, there are always negatives, but after 2+ years at Contentstack, I haven't found any skeletons. We are all one team, with a single dream, disrupting our industry and making a big impact for the customers we serve.

After 2 years at Contentstack, I tell the same thing to all new hires I talk to: "all companies have their negatives...I've been looking for them at CS for 2 years and I still haven't found any". Contentstack has such an amazing culture, a game-changing product, and a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

I am most happy about my job because we are given what we need to be successful, and offer our customers the best product with the best support experience in the industry.

Despite our growth as a company, one of my favorite things about our leadership team is their willingness to listen/adapt/change when something is broken, or if the team feels strongly about changing something.

Contentstack's leadership team has an open-door policy and encourages us to share feedback. While a lot of companies 'say' this is the case, at Contentstack I truly feel like I have a voice on really any issue.

It sounds cheesy, but we're all working together to win. We live up to our #OneTeamOneDream mantra. Whenever required, we work across the organization to get things done, for our customers, ourselves and the communities we serve.
What makes you most happy at work?
We not only have the best culture and company, our product is amazing, and I get most excited about the tremendous impact we make for our customers. We have a near 100% customer retention, and we offer the best product, support and onboarding in the industry.
