Everyone is a strong A+ player, we focus on our success but help each other out. Doesn't feel like a company with a lot of politics.

They are focused on our growth but at the same time truly care about the individuals in the company. We're not perfect but are working hard to improve every month.

Our team truly feels like a family... we share in each other's successes, both personal and company related. When someone is in need or has a personal emergency, there's never any hesitation when someone steps in to take over.

I've been working with our CEO for over a decade and could not recommend a better leader. Neha has built Contentstack into the amazing company it is today and has successfully fostered a leadership team that puts customers first and values the needs of our employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working on interesting and challenging problems. I've been here for 8 years and if I look back at any six month period, I'm always doing more exciting and more complicated things than I was before which keeps me interested and challenged which is what I love!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am rewarded for my success and my success is aligned with our company's goals, so essentially by pushing the company forward I am making my maximum compensation. I think this is a great way to set up compensation as its fair and clear to me and ensures our company's growth and success.

Every day it feels like we are getting better. Our product is growing and our uptime is improving. Our team is growing and everyone new I've worked with is smart, sharp and fun to work with. We have customers from some of the largest brands in the world and they continue to be happy!

They truly embody the values of our company and exemplify what being an amazing Contentstack employee is. They also invest in us as human beings and when someone is having a tough time they check in or when someone has a birthday or something to celebrate outside of work you can see they truly care!
