The global nature of our team makes for daily connections with people I would not otherwise know, in places I really enjoy hearing about. As a remote worker, I'm more connected with my colleagues than I might have expected, and that's nice.

A positive team outlook starts at the top. I haven't ever needed to take an important issue to a founder or senior leader, but I feel I could without fear. I feel challenged to do my best and recognized when I do.
