It's been a short time but I already feel very much a part of a great team
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It's been great up until about 4 months ago when Marketing hired new management, then that manager hired two of their friends. The new manager has little to no compassion for the team that existed prior to their arrival.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very little to no out-of-pocket costs for insurance

Everyone is very goal/team oriented.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very transparent with goals, success, pain points, etc.

Being busy and knowing the work I do has value

We work remotely all over the world, but communication is still great.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not be dismissive of the work and the employees that were here before you.

I was able to choose from a list of insurances, not just told this is it.

My team is hard working and truly want what's best for the company and our team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone actually wants to be here and do the work. Not just work because it's "a job"
