The ability to try fresh creative work to try to meet our DG goals--willingness to try new things--not hung up on blame game.

The transparency. I feel I understand where the company is headed and they do a great job of explaining the plan they have crafted to get there.

Remote working and opportunities to connect on outside interests (slack channels). Warm spirit of co-workers, and not forcing a vaccination to do my job from my home office.

The freedom to create really good work and try new things. Extolling the virtues of Contentstack is fun and rewarding with a leadership team that appreciates risk-taking and new directions.

Creative freedom and the ability to scale to meet demand--to the extent we can manage it all. That's a lot of trust, and I'm motivated to make it work!

Not only extremely supportive but I highly value that the spirit of giving back to the community is generously demonstrated with paid time off devoted to charitable activities of our choice.

As a mid-COVID hire, I appreciate what CS does to make people feel welcome. Whether its through various "fun" slack channels or team building segments at QBRs - carving out (appropriate) time for the human side in our all-digital world is great.

What makes you most happy at work?

Creative challenges and scaling content efforts. Recently I've been able to begin offloading massive hours spent trafficking projects and shift focus to more strategic planning and high-priority projects. Happy to be operating at a level that optimizes my skillset/provides greater contribution.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Normally I'd say the level of transparency, authenticity and clarity in their communication style. But in the past quarter, it is by far their ability to swiftly take necessary bold steps to better position us for success, which is often a difficult and uncomfortable process.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My favorite gesture that speaks volumes about our Culture is the CS Cares Day. It just makes me proud to work at a company that cares THAT much about giving back that it sacrifices a day of productivity. Huge statement. Makes me want to work harder toward CS's success.
