Continental Tire Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Lower rate of medical contributions

Housing Incentive and Medical + Hospitalization benefits

insurance is great as well as retirement

Paid Vac and bonuses we have some of the best benefits around

I enjoy getting a lot of discounts

My 401K compensation package is good and my healthcare

Review from Operations Dept

It is fair and honest

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Its a great job, but is a very high responsibility for the salary i'm receiving

Better options in other places

It takes a long time to build a strong salary with this company

Compensation is below market. Vacation and sick time are pooled and limited to 17 days a year. The overall benefit package is subpar; however, the people are great.

I bring a lot of value to the organization and when I review my remuneration in reference to other employees of different racial backgrounds I find they get more. It would be better if the compensation was based on value add and not on perception

Different pay scales for hourly employees. New scale and old scale

Review from Operations Dept

2 different pay scales and you are treated like a number not a person
