Our company is a really great company, we have innovative technology and excellent systems. We are just missing the human engagement portion, this is such a simple but very crucial part. If the organization can put the same effort it puts in innovation into engaging people. Then it would be great!

We challenge each other for results and come from different generations. This allows us to tap into different competencies
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At the moment the environment is extremely negative, it is difficult for to find motivation in what we do
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better employee engagement, employee engagement is not just about surveys. When there is industrial action in the organization, we hardly see the MD or the plant manager. They have outsourced their leadership to unions
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I bring a lot of value to the organization and when I review my remuneration in reference to other employees of different racial backgrounds I find they get more. It would be better if the compensation was based on value add and not on perception
