Its a great job, but is a very high responsibility for the salary i'm receiving

It takes a long time to build a strong salary with this company
Compensation is below market. Vacation and sick time are pooled and limited to 17 days a year. The overall benefit package is subpar; however, the people are great.
I bring a lot of value to the organization and when I review my remuneration in reference to other employees of different racial backgrounds I find they get more. It would be better if the compensation was based on value add and not on perception

The company needs to remove the bureaucracy that makes it difficult to get things done in a timely manner. It should consider becoming more of a partner with vendors.

Better employee engagement, employee engagement is not just about surveys. When there is industrial action in the organization, we hardly see the MD or the plant manager. They have outsourced their leadership to unions
