What is the best part about your compensation package?

up to 22% Annual Bonus

my 401k is beneficial for my retirement not sure i fully understand what cause it to rise and fall.

I get the 13th salary and I get flexibility in my work.

6% 401K match. I could only find less than a hand full of companies have such match.

It is in Canada, but based out of US office. It is convenient.

We have great health care benefits!

The nsurance is really good.

Our bonus is partially based on the personal goals we set every year.

Better salaries compared to competition

being paid with the salary for my job, raises when the evaluation is over 150%

Safety, comfort, performance, security, compliance for certification have tight requirements. Other consumer products are not so stringent, but the compensation for working on such products is not worse (or in fact better).

Less pay comparatively and hike yearly

They give global role but apart from USA Australia and Germany salary is bad and left to local management who screws up careers of others

Continental North America (especially the ADAS division) is trying to market themselves as a high tech company competing with the Apples and Googles of the tech world but they still function like an old automotive company: old tools/processes, low salary and benefits compared to competition, ...
