What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very good at keeping cost down ;) Very focused on customer project. The leadership also realises transformation is crucial and are transforming very cautiously
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Safety, comfort, performance, security, compliance for certification have tight requirements. Other consumer products are not so stringent, but the compensation for working on such products is not worse (or in fact better).
