up to 22% Annual Bonus
my 401k is beneficial for my retirement not sure i fully understand what cause it to rise and fall.
I get the 13th salary and I get flexibility in my work.
6% 401K match. I could only find less than a hand full of companies have such match.
It is in Canada, but based out of US office. It is convenient.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to help one another
when they do their job without wasting valuable time.
They are all young and understanding.

Culture is positive, people are proud
Not really anything. Maybe some workers who actually want to do a great job. And they are few but there are some.
Getting to work from home. Good flexibility

Working with other people from different parts of the world
working with some of my colleagues and the fact that I have a new role and I have a lot to learn.
Having a good boss that is a good mentor, and patient. Helps me learn new skills when dealing under pressure, and handling difficult situations with the customer.
