Less vooks in the kitchen that have been here for a long time. Product direction is key and this area seems to be grey.

It's not that i feel undervalued it's just the comp plan structure seems its really hard to make some real money
There is no empathy in the leadership team
Pay raise or track for obtaining one
We are two at the same role and I get paid significantly less than my colleague

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all connected to the company goals which makes each victory something we can all share as a team
I have never seen any micromanagement. Every employee hired seems to be a self starter and it makes getting my work done comfortable and fun.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting to meet several members of the team and get a feel for what the culture is like.
It gave a good representation of what the culture is like.
There wasn't any sort of nerves during the interviews. It was all about asking you about your interests, goals, aspirations, and what you like about the job position. Interviews felt more like they were getting to know you than quiz you on specifics about your job description.
Very tactically focused on the aspects of the role, does not include abstract MBA-style questions like "how many doors are there in the world?"
