    It used to be my team but I moved to a new office where there is zero team interaction. Most people do not come into the office and that makes it hard to build community.

    Bonuses are unattainable, benefits are now extra expensive, promotions are almost impossible. I would feel much better about my compensation if we received raises, bonuses (where warrented) and an actual career path.

    They classify themselves as a tech company but really only pay as an advertising company.
