What do you like best about the leadership team?I like that they are positive
What are some of the best things about your team?Clear communication regarding day to day help etc.
What makes you most happy at work?It used to be my team but I moved to a new office where there is zero team interaction. Most people do not come into the office and that makes it hard to build community.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Bonuses are unattainable, benefits are now extra expensive, promotions are almost impossible. I would feel much better about my compensation if we received raises, bonuses (where warrented) and an actual career path.
