Leading instead of standing by idly taking credit
Promotional strategy makes no sense and communication sense the Publics acquisition has been abysmal at best. People are leaving in droves and their response seems to be to hire second rate engineers abroad. Promote people who should be promoted, pay people what they should be paid, and communicate
