What do you like best about the leadership team?
Raise their employees up :)
They understand the ground problem and help arrive to a solution in any case
Friendly, approachable and as flexible as they can be

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Improve collaborative communication across leadership teams
The previous leadership team was particularly bad at tailoring their communication to different employees but they recently departed so it's difficult to say given that I've had little interaction with the current leadership.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our bonuses and yearly raises

the best part is that you are getting compensated.
We are offered tuition reimbursement which is very useful for younger employees working their way through school.

very smart group of people
Easy to work with. Everyone does their jobs and helps out
the best thing is that they do their work.
There is a contingent of employees that have been around for an extended period of time that gets along very well and this fosters a very comfortable, team-oriented environment.

There is a real feeling of friendship and togetherness throughout the staff.
