Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is constantly seeking ways to increase market share, grow the current team and execute on our business plan. The leadership team is comprised of experienced, intelligent individuals that I am fortunate to be around and learn from.
The leadership team is genuinely invested in the success and well being of the employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The flexibility. The flexibility allows me to work on my current objectives, while seeking ways to better improve the company through research and implement those new findings to my current position.
Compensation is fair and competitive with a compelling and balanced stock/equity plan and bonus.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
Although my team is minimal, I am fortunate to have a manager that is constantly looking for ways to better streamline the accounting functions. I am incredibly fortunate to have a manager that is well experienced and great mentor to further my skills as an accountant.
Everyone here is passionate about the space we're in, the company and teammates.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment and people are amazing! The people are self-sufficient with no egos getting in place. Also, the opportunity to be around with accomplished, intelligent individuals is a huge plus for me.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
The quiz that tests your knowledge on the department you are applying for. Essentially, it is a vetting process to know whether a candidate has the basic knowledge to excel in the role they are applying for.

What makes you most happy at work?
The autonomy to work on projects and being consulted on progress and ideas on how to better streamline my department. I am also happy that I have the opportunity to influence my department as the company grows.
Autonomy and problem-solving. The leadership team provides everyone with the support and resources and freedom to accomplish what need.
