Comfortable. Everyone is provided a Sit/Stand desk option and comfortable, ergonomic chairs.
What's the work from home policy like at Conversion Logic?
There's flexibility with working from home. As we continue to grow, we want to continue to facilitate a tight-knit culture. As a result, we would prefer having everyone together, but also welcome work from home requests. Especially in cases where commutes are a serious issue.

The growth opportunities associated with being part of a company making waves in an emerging market is exciting. The leadership team are seasoned veterans in their respective industries and have driven companies from startup through acquisition.
Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from Conversion Logic?
The interview process is comprehensive. Most new hires meet with all key stakeholders from each department, including the COO and CEO. It can slow down the offer process at times but when you're a startup, and every hire is critical an extra week in the interview process is a fair trade-off.

How would you compare interviewing at Conversion Logic to other places you've interviewed?
More informed and comprehensive than any other place I've worked. I was pleasantly surprised to have meaningful, engaging conversations on real topics during my interview, instead of the typical, recycled buzzwords and empty platitudes most startups are notorious for.

Quickly and discreetly. Resolutions and outcomes are transparent when the situation is appropriate and calls for it.
