What did you like most about the interview process?The quiz that tests your knowledge on the department you are applying for. Essentially, it is a vetting process to know whether a candidate has the basic knowledge to excel in the role they are applying for.
What makes you most happy at work?The autonomy to work on projects and being consulted on progress and ideas on how to better streamline my department. I am also happy that I have the opportunity to influence my department as the company grows.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The environment and people are amazing! The people are self-sufficient with no egos getting in place. Also, the opportunity to be around with accomplished, intelligent individuals is a huge plus for me.
