What does the leadership team need to get better at?
A single, uniform direction for all departments. The rest of the executive team can come together and tackle a problem, but the CEO will barge in the office and change direction based on how much sleep he got the night before.
They need to stop putting lazy childish as manager.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Convirza is known for lowballing. On average, 20% below market value.
We have been known to pay below market value. We also have been known to increase salaries faster than other companies when we find a super star. And we love our super stars.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Convirza has loyal team members that fight for their customers and believe in the future of the company.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company has been losing customers and attriting profits since 2015.
We acquired CallSource's media business in 2015 and found migrating these customers difficult. Our product launch was delayed which increased the problem. This would be a difficult experience for an employee. We didn't give up. We are overcoming this
I used to love convirza and come to work every day but, unfortunately, because of bad management good people left and the bad ones stay.
